Any person, firm or corporation shall not erect, construct, enlarge, alter, move, convert or demolish any building or structure, or cause same to be done, without first obtaining a building permit for such building.
Separate permits are required for building, plumbing, electrical and HVAC work. Inspections are required for each phase of construction.
