The Clerks office is responsible for issuing marriage licenses and will probates along with several other court related duties. The Clerks office is the official record keeper for the County.

Important Dates to Remember:
- Term Day
3rd Monday, every other month at 9:00 am. 3rd Tuesday in the month of January. (January, March, May, July, September, November)
- Praecipe System
Used and must be filed by Wednesday of preceding week of Term Day
